good-sized room, big sink in bathroom, separate toilet from shower
The separate bed for the fifth person felt like sleeping on a rock!!! The fridge for five was way too cramped, and I struggled with the microwave controls since they were all in Japanese. More spacious amenities would be appreciated!!!

It was an excellent fit for a swift visit in Kyoto with value for money. The bed could've been more comfortable, but staff really tried to help find us better pillows. Bring your own towels as you have to exchange them at the front desk.

I adored the clean, spacious room with modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. The nearby shops and restaurants made it easy for me to explore the area comfortably, and the staff were always on hand to assist.
More elevator signs for better navigation would help.

Cozy and Convenient Stay!
We had a really fun time in the party room! It fit four of us comfortably, and having all those beds in one place was awesome. The location is slightly away from the busy areas, but the walk to shops and the river is kinda nice. Only bummer is the wifi was spotty at times. Oh, and the breakfast options were simple but tasty.

Enjoyed the beautiful room with a perfect blend of modern and traditional Japanese style. The atmosphere felt cute and the location was ideal for exploring. Just a minor irritant with staff attitudes during check-in, but overall, a wonderful experience!

Couples looking for a spacious getaway
We booked the Japanese King Suite and it was very nice value for the price. The staff were friendly and helped me navigate extending our stay last-minute, they even offered free snacks and toiletries, which was a nice surprise.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable you know what I mean.

We had an amazing stay! The room was spacious with a cozy kitchenette, and the laundry area was super convenient. However, the pillows were lacking in support, leaving us a bit uncomfortable at night. I would definitely come back here!

Great staff made the check-in process easy.
The room was smaller than expected for the price, which was frustrating. The carpet around the kitchen felt unsanitary and impractical for long-term use. I also found the location misleading. while it wasn't too far from popular areas, the walk was tiresome, especially in the heat.

The Premium Party Room had a nice kitchenette for our family, and we loved relaxing in the laundry area after a long day exploring Kyoto. We also enjoyed the hot tubs and lounge space for unwinding together. The only hiccup was that the room could feel a bit cramped for our family of four, but overall it was a solid stay! 😊

The room was super spacious and clean, which was great! The beds were really comfy, making it easy to rest after a day out. I loved that there were extra amenities like hair ties and pajamas, and the shower was huge with great water pressure. Having a fridge and sink in the room was a nice touch too. Seriously, I felt like I was staying at a nice, luxury spot!
